About the team

Our Colour Education team champions the artistry of professional hairdressing across Australia. You’ll bring NATULIQUE’s professional colour range to life through hands-on education, technical expertise and inspiring demonstrations that help colourists master their craft and salons flourish.

You’ll work closely with salon owners and stylists, share your passion for colour and empower hairdressers to achieve exceptional results. You’ll have the freedom to bring your creativity to life, the support of a close-knit national team, and the satisfaction of making a lasting impact on the skills, confidence, and success of our salon community.

In this role, you will:

1. Run colour and care education in salons, from first training to advanced colour.
2. Teach new launches, so every team is confident before the product reaches the chair.
3. Help plan and present education days, retreats, and events with the team.
4. Work closely with our account team, so the salons that need education get it.
5. Share what you hear from salons, so we can keep improving our education.
6. Share with the community on social media, posting education content so stylists can learn from you beyond the salon.

What you’ll bring to life

Key responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional colour education through hands-on training, technical demonstrations and workshops for NATULIQUE salon partners.
2. Create and post education content on social media, a core part of the role, sharing techniques, formulations and colour results that inspire colourists and showcase NATULIQUE.
3. Inspire and develop professional colourists, building their confidence in colour formulation, application techniques and creative results.
4. Champion NATULIQUE’s professional colour range, sharing your expertise in our products, ingredients and conscious approach to hairdressing.
5. Support new salon partners through product introductions, technical onboarding and personalised education that sets them up for success.
6. Partner with our Salon Partnerships team to deliver demonstrations, support new salon opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
7. Plan and lead regular salon visits, education sessions and industry events that connect and inspire our professional community.
8. Drive technical excellence, troubleshooting colour challenges, sharing best practices and helping salons achieve consistently exceptional results.

1. Work in a NATULIQUE salon carrying 80% NATULIQUE products and NATULIQUE Colour.
2. Embrace the NATULIQUE brand and values.
3. Possess strong technical skills with an artistic flair.
4. Be a credible, authentic presenter with professional hair and wardrobe.
5. Maintain a professional social media presence.
6. Have at least 3 years of experience as a colourist.
